Mark has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering of both private and public projects. He has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of project development from planning, to design, to project management. His recent projects include Master Plan entitlements, master studies, design of infrastructure and in-tract improvements, design and permit processing for residential, commercial and industrial developments. His early experience as a subdivision construction manager and then a contract utility planner gives him a unique perspective into the development process, which has in turn forged a comprehensive approach to design development. This unique perspective and approach contributes to the success of complicated and challenging projects. He has a particular interest in commercial, infill, and redevelopment projects, as well as renewable energy projects, which require the full use of his design and management skills.

Mark spends most of his time chasing around his three young children, but loves to play golf, ski, upland bird hunting, fly fishing, camping, pretty much anything else outdoors and athletic.
