She has an excellent reputation in the development world for providing the project clients with quality service and for her ability to balance the needs and desires of the jurisdiction with those of the client in order to guide a project to a successful conclusion. Karrie is known for her dedication and loyalty and top notch design and management skills.

Karrie was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and lives there with her husband and twin boys. She enjoys spending as much free time with them as she can but also loves to read and travel.
