Cary has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering of both private and public projects. He has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of project development from planning, to design, to project management. His recent projects include Master Plan entitlements, master studies, design of infrastructure and in-tract improvements.

Cary enjoys water skiing, wake boarding, running and riding his dirt bike.
