A key member to any land development team, Tim has extensive urban planning experience and excels in the design of large-scale master planned communities as well as the development of smaller, often challenging infill sites.

While designing tomorrow’s sustainable communities, his vision always considers the goals and desires of the client, and the practical aspects of building out projects. He is adept at managing teams, coordinating with local agency staff, meeting with decision makers and presenting plans in public, and pressing forward to final approvals as demonstrated by his successful track record.

His outstanding talents in commercial and residential site planning, hillside grading and golf course routing are complemented with the ability to prepare the policy documents, such as specific plans or design guidelines, needed to support entitlement requests. He has worked on projects in the Western United States and internationally in Mexico and Russia.

Tim likes to golf and hike, and enjoys coaching youth soccer. He has also been active in taking the ULI Urban Plan Program with the AP Economics class at McClatchy High School.
