A project manager committed to projects from conceptualization and entitlements to construction, Tim is skilled in the supervision and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. His projects include master planned community entitlements, infrastructure studies, major road design and modification; grade separations, bridges, highway and freeway interchange design. Tim works with the planning, mapping, engineering, water resources, transportation and construction management service teams to insure our client’s projects are completed on time in a seamless manner. Tim has played an instrumental role in many of the regions premier master planned communities, flood control and transportation improvements including the I-5/Laguna interchange and Bradshaw Road interchange. Many of his projects include lakes, sewer and storm drainage pump stations, floodplain reclamation, levee design, utility design and relocations and traffic signals. Tim has prepared public infrastructure financing plans, capital improvement plans and fee programs.
Tim is married with two children and enjoys fishing, running, and vacationing in Kauai. He is a member of ACEC CA, ASFPM, FMA and APWA, and also volunteers at the Greek/Hellenic event each year.
