As a Principal with over two decades of professional experience in civil engineering, Jeff has focused his efforts on serving clients in the Central Valley. He oversees the design plans, specifications, and estimates for roadways, drainage, sewer, and water improvements. For subdivisions and master planned communities, Jeff’s project experience includes design of trunk drainage facilities, detention/water quality basins, road widening projects, drainage, sewer and grading studies and construction coordination/administration.

Jeff is married with three children. He enjoys taking the family hunting and fishing.
