Mark has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and engineering of large-scale master planned communities and municipal infrastructure projects. Our clients benefit from Mark’s vast knowledge and extensive experience gained though being the project manager and licensed professional responsible for a multitude of large-scale development projects. This includes master planning, engineering and environmental document coordination, drainage, sewer and water master plans, flood control projects, as well as capital improvement programs, financing plans and district funding.

Mark enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, waterskiing, music, and fast cars.
