Wood Rodgers prepared plans, specifications, an opinion of cost, and FEMA documentation for the construction and certification of approximately 3.5 miles of cutoff wall along the existing Bear River north levee, south of the City of Wheatland, California. The project required coordination of geotechnical and hydraulic analyses of the levee and river (provided by others) to design the reaches of the cutoff walls along the Bear River and Grasshopper Slough levees.
